Dear Wildhearts, Our Editor in Chief, Jordan Bir Dear Wildhearts,

Our Editor in Chief, Jordan Bird, lost her husband, Jared, in a helicopter accident this week while he was fighting the Moose Fire in Idaho.

Jared was 36 years old, a veteran, an incredible pilot, a loving husband, and a great friend. Our hearts are broken.

Please consider clicking the link in our bio for details on how you can help. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Fernanda.
